  6. Adoption of the Constitution
  7. Election of the Committee
    Election of the following roles:
    • Chair
    • Vice Chair
    • Secretary
    • Vice Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Vice Treasurer
    • Social Media Officer
    • Up to three additional committee members
    Nominations received to date will be acknowledged; further nominations may be made in advance or at the meeting.
